Say NO to Domestic Violence & Abuse

16 Days of Activism

Join us for 16 Days of Activism 25 November – 10 December
A campaign of compassion and action

From 25 November to 10 December, Pop In is joining the global movement to end violence against women and children. The 16 Days of Activism is about raising awareness, sparking conversations, and taking real steps toward a safer, more equal future.

This year, we invite you to take on our 16-day challenge. Take as many actions as you can throughout the 16 days - one small step that adds up to real change. From sharing information to donating, from speaking up to showing support, these tasks are designed to help raise awareness, start conversations, and generate vital funds for local women and children escaping violence.

Why it matters

Domestic and family violence thrives in silence. By taking part, you’re helping to break that silence and build a community where safety, respect, and equality are the norm.

How you can get involved

  • Take the challenge: Complete as many of our tasks over the 16 days as you can - simple, meaningful actions that make a difference.

  • Share the message: Encourage friends, family, and colleagues to join. Download the collateral here

  • Support Pop In: Help us continue providing free, community-based support to women and children.

  • Attend Light in the Night - Find out more here

Together, we can end the silence

This is our mission, and we want you to be a part of it. Every action matters, every voice counts, and every step brings us closer to a future free from violence.
