Our model - an exceptional, innovative approach, Pop In has developed a unique operating model that empowers our Case Workers and volunteers to walk alongside women facing Domestic Violence and Abuse on their journey towards a future without fear, where they can thrive and flourish. Working together with our clients and community we identify the resources and services which will meet the needs and achieve the best long term outcomes."

Senior Manager - Michele Lanigan

“My role means that I am working day to day with vulnerable women and children who are experiencing or at risk of Domestic Violence and Abuse. The Pop In model allows my team and I to walk alongside these members of the community, offering support, a listening non-judgement ear and importantly advocating for them for the services that they vitally need. It’s an honour to be part of unique community service, and to work with such skilled professionals and highly trained and engaged volunteers.”
